(ANS – Rome) – On 16 May 1887, Don Bosco celebrated his first and only Mass at the altar of Mary Help of Christians at the church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus at the Castro Praetorium, in Rome, the church whose construction cost him so much effort and suffering in the last years of his life. In that Mass, interrupted by tears 15 times, Don Bosco, now close to the end of his mortal life, had the grace to understand the entire journey made in the thousand apostolates and in the infinite initiatives for young people throughout his life, and his childhood Dream suddenly became clear to him, thus also giving fulfilment to the prophetic affirmation of that dream: "In due time you will understand everything".
(ANS – Rome) – On the occasion of the bicentenary of Don Bosco's dream at 9 years of age, a book of dreams has been created. "We wanted to challenge the young people around the world with a very simple, but very existential question: ‘What is your life's dream?’" the General Councillor for Youth Ministry, Fr Miguel Angel García Morcuende, explained. "And we have received young peoples' dreams from the houses of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians and the Salesians of Don Bosco from all continents" he said. "They are young people from 94 countries who tell how they want to achieve their dream and how they intend to overcome the most difficult conditions."
(ANS – Rome) – On 14 December 1963, the Council's Inter Mirifica Decree on the instruments of social communication was promulgated. The title already looked with admiration at the field of communication, encouraging the Church to support the media. Which is seen to be beautiful and fair.

RMG - St. Francis de Sales Communicator: All for Love
(ANS – Rome) - The figure of St. Francis de Sales, chosen by Don Bosco as an example of a communicator, teaches that communication is a matter of the heart. In his expression, "Everything in the Church is love: everything lives in love, for love, and of love," we understand his revolution in the way of communicating, and how communication becomes fruitful when it allows communion and the exchange of one's experiences in a path of accompaniment and collaboration in God's project.
