Ángel Fernández Artime, explained that love has various shades and responsibilities, and one of these is strengthening the education of their children. “Parents – the Rector Major insists – always have an influence on the moral growth of their children, for better or for worse. This educative mission of the family is important and complex”.

Rector Major, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, began the morning session with the celebration of the Eucharist. “Just two words can sum up life, our Salesian life”, he said in a serene face and firm voice-: faith and courage. Seeing the reality of our Salesian Congregation throughout the world, I can confirm that we have a Congregation full of life and hope”.
