(ANS - Krakow) - The Festival of the Salesian Youth Movement began on 27 July. It is part of the cycle of events that accompany World Youth Day 2016. Young people from around the world have conquered the city, and the young people of the Salesian Youth Movement have filled the EXPO Fair in Krakow.

Dimapur, India – 11 July 2016 - The Salesian College in Dimapur organized a Festival of Faith for the pupils and other young people from neighbouring villages.

Dalat, Vietnam - July 2016 - The 13th English Language Course is taking place in Dalat from 9 to 31 July.  It is a summer activity for those who want to learn the English language and want to be immersed in an English-speaking environment. For 21 days the participants, supported by the Don Rua community and volunteers from various countries, are required to use only English in communicating with each other, and in organizing and participating in various activities.

Copacabana, Colombia - July 2016 - A meeting of Salesians in formation took place from 19 to 21 July 2016. It was attended by the educational community of the Michael Rua pre-novitiate, the Sacred Heart of Jesus international novitiate and the Philip Rinaldi post-novitiate. 

Sumba, Indonesia - 24 July 2016 - On 24 July the Salesians Richardus Florianus Lobo, Alfonsus De Navarete and Jefrianus Umbu made their first profession in the presence of the Superior of the Delegation of Indonesia, Fr Lino Belo, and many Salesians and young people.

Ragusa, Italy - July 2016 - Grest 2016 at the Salesian Oratory of Ragusa ended on 23 July.  Ragusa belongs to the Province of Sicily (ISI). The Grest was attended by over 100 young people, 30 leaders and about ten teachers. The Prefect of Ragusa Dr. Maria Carmela Librizzi visited the Salesian oratory where she was welcomed joyously with the Grest anthem.
