Bahia, Brazil - November 2016 - For the seventh year the students  of the Salesian College of Salvador and Salesiano Dom Bosco of Recife, are among the three major powers of Swimming in North and North East Brazil, as reported in the ranking of the major championships of the Brazilian Confederation of Aquatic Sports. On 19 and 20 November during the "Baiano Summer Championship", the students of the two Salesian schools were crowned as overall champions in four categories - children, youth, junior and general.

Johannesburg, South Africa - November 2016 - On 26 November the young people of the Salesian Youth Movement of Finetown, Lawley, Ennerdale and Bosco Village took part in a day of recollection in preparation for the beginning of Advent.

Asunción, Paraguay - November 2016 - On 19 and 20 November the National Congress of Salesian Cooperators (ASC) of Paraguay was held. The topic was "Guidelines for the formation of the Salesian Cooperators". During the congress, nine people made their promise as Salesian Cooperators.

Kibeho, Rwanda - November 2016 - On 28 November at Bishop Célestin Hakizimana of the diocese of Gikongoro presided at the Eucharist in Kibeho on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the apparition of the Virgin Mary. Among those present at the celebration were Salesians from the communities in Rwanda and faithful from various countries in Africa, Europe and America.

Batulao, Philippines - November 2016 - From 14 to 18 November, 37 formators of the Provinces of the East Asia-Oceania Region gathered for a renewal programme at the Salesian House of Batulao.

Rome, Italy - November 2016 – On Saturday 26 November, the new presidency elected at the congress in Florence met at the Salesian House of Sacro Cuore where the office of the Italian Federation of Past Pupils of Don Bosco is located. The officers for the four-year period 2016-2020 are as follows: Giovanni Costanza, president; Enrico Leone, vice-president: Federico Parodi, Vice-President Gex; Mauro Loi, secretary; Carlo Grancelli, treasurer; Valerio Martorana, editorial director of Voci Fraterne; Nicoletta Iuliano, Jacopo Sanna, Antonino Bruno and Michelangelo Bianco, councillors.
