(ANS - Turin) - If it is true that holiness is first and foremost an ecclesial fact, it cannot be the case that the liturgy, the true teacher of Christian life, the source and summit of the Church's life, neglects to take care of it and make the most of it. But even to harmonize the richness of the variety of holiness, that is so well organized and clear is not an easy task, as the liturgy must primarily express the primacy of Christ. Sr Elena Massimi, FMA, shed light on this in the second session of the second day of the seminar on the promotion of the Causes of Beatification and Canonization of the Salesian Family, through a detailed and brilliant talk.
Turin, Italy - September 2023 - On 5 September, the almost 500 employees of the 13 CNOS-FAP centres in Piedmont gathered at the Teatro Grande in Valdocco for the Association's annual assembly. This was followed by Carlo Vallero, director of the Planning and Development and Employment Services area, who emphasised that the budget was very healthy, with a net increase in the last budget and a further increase planned for the next one, stressing the investments planned in the short and medium term. Fabrizio Berta, Director of Planning and Innovation, explained how it will be a period of novelty, linked in part to the reform of Vocational Education and innovation as an element that, like Don Bosco, needs to remain in step with the times. Don Claudio Belfiore, Director of Valuing and Managing People and Organisational Models, spoke about how the Oratorian heart has accompanied him in all his experiences. Piero Fabris, Executive Director of DB Tech Europe, the network that brings together all the Salesian vocational schools in Europe, explained what DB Tech is and what it is based on, and the ever-increasing need for internationalisation.

WHAT A GIFT TIME IS!
THE MESSAGE OF THE VICAR OF THE RECTOR MAJOR,
Fr Stefano Martoglio, SDBThe beginning of the new year is illuminated in our liturgy by the ancient formula with which the Israelite priests blessed the people: "May the Lord bless you, and keep you. May the Lord show His face to you, and have mercy on you. May the Lord turn His countenance to you, and give you peace."
