Johannesburg, South Africa - February 2016 - From 22 to 26 February Salesians and lay collaborators working in the Planning Development Offices of East Africa, Central Africa and South Africa, met at the Don Bosco Centre for a workshop on the organizational structure of the PDO. The meeting was led by the International Volunteers for Development (VIS).      

Gières, France - February 2016 - On 4 February, the students of Don Bosco School of Gières, accompanied by Leonardo, a child suffering from myopathy, gave the leaders of the AFM Telethon, a cheque the result of fundraising for research. Over 600 pupils of the Don Bosco School in Gières took part in the fundraising and awareness campaign on myopathy, raising more than 12,500 euro.
