(ANS – Mumbai) - Students from 50 schools in Mumbai are striving to be more environmentally conscious and to care for creation, so as to conserve better our "common home", as Pope Francis calls it. The Salesians are also involved in encouraging those good practices.

(ANS - Rome) – Bro. Renato Celato, 93, is a Salesian of the old guard. He was the ever reliable and discreet chauffeur of four Rector Majors. His was a long life of service, always observant and punctual to a heroic degree. And it was marked with a mysterious encounter!

(ANS - Tema) - "You cannot stop the wind with your hands", says an African proverb. But you can hear the wind and interpret the signs of the time,  as the Gospel invites us to do, trying to be merciful like the Father towards those who have fallen into the ruthless network of human trafficking. In this light we can interpret the visit made by Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, Rector Major, to a centre for child victims of trafficking, on the afternoon of Saturday 6 February.
