(ANS – Rome) – The Sending Mass for the 155th Salesian Missionary Expedition is just three days away: celebrated by the Vicar of the Rector Major, Fr Stefano Martoglio, it will be both the completion of a long journey of discernment and vocational and missionary maturation and the beginning of a new adventure, guided by the Holy Spirit and aimed at the education, evangelisation and salvation of young people throughout the world.

(ANS – Shillong) – In the month of September, the Missionary Formation Course is taking place in Shillong, like every year, gathering members of Salesian Family of South Asia to deeply reflect on missions today with many interesting inputs.

(ANS – Quito) – Salesian Mission Day 2024 promoted worldwide by the Salesian Congregation's Mission Sector is an invitation to strengthen Salesian missionary work and promote social transformation, under the motto: "Builders of dialogue". Without a doubt, it is also a call to action and an invitation to dream together of a more just and united world.

(ANS – Amsterdam) – On the occasion of the prestigious "Google Leader Series Summit" 2024, held in Amsterdam from 24 to 25 September, three representatives of the Salesian St Mark Province of Italy-Northeast (INE) presented the innovative "Gemini@Salesiani" Project. Fr Alberto Poles, Provincial Economer, Alberto Grillai, Delegate for Vocational Training, and Fr Lorenzo Teston, Delegate for Schools, illustrated the details of this initiative that will bring about a significant transformation in the world of Salesian education.

(ANS – Rome) – The 29th Salesian General Chapter (GC29) promises to be an important moment of reflection and renewal for the Salesian Congregation, with a strong spiritual dimension and broad international participation. One year after the convening of the Chapter, and less than 5 months after its official opening, the Moderator of GC29, Fr Alphonse Owoudou, shares some general and statistical information on the event and on the progress of work on different fronts.

(ANS – Turin) – A monographic course in six lessons is being offered by the Pontifical Salesian University (UPS) - Turin Section, in collaboration with the International Centre for Shroud Studies (CISS), the Museum of the Shroud in Turin and the "Cultores Sindonis" Association.
