(ANS – New Rochelle) – The Don Bosco Technical and Vocational Training Center in Makuyu, Kenya, has undergone much-needed renovations to improve the learning environment for students thanks to donor funding from Salesian Missions, the U.S. development arm of the Salesians of Don Bosco.

(ANS – Brasília) – The Salesian university “UniSALESIANO,” based in Araçatuba, Brazil, has achieved an extraordinary milestone: its Medical program is among only six in the entire country to receive the highest score (5) in the Preliminary Course Concept (CPC), the official evaluation tool of the Ministry of Education (MEC).

Alphonse Owoudou, his successor (2020–2025) and recently elected at GC29 as the first Councillor of the newly formed Central and West Africa Region, offers a heartfelt tribute to his predecessor:
