Sliema, Malta - November 2016 - As part of the Extraordinary Visitation to the Province of Ireland (IRL), Fr Tadeusz Rozmus, Councillor for the Region of Northern and Central Europe, paid a visit to the Provincial Delegation of Malta.

Lubumbashi, R.D. Congo - November 2016 - The Mother General of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, Mother Yvonne Reungoat is visiting the FMA in the Province of Our Lady of Africa in Central Africa, which this year celebrates its 90th anniversary. Mother Reungoat arrived on 5 November in Lubumbashi airport where she was welcomed by the representatives of the Salesian Family. A parade then accompanied her to the Provincial House. On 6 November she presided at the celebrations in Sakania for the 90th anniversary of the FMA presence in Congo and met young people and members of SYM. Mother Reungoat will remain in the Province until 15 November. She will also visit the houses in Mokambo, Kafubu, Ruashi and Kinshasa.

Managua, Nicaragua - October 2016 - On 14 October in the Sor María Romero School there was a national training workshop for teachers of the Salesian schools of Nicaragua. The main objective of the meeting was to provide a space for reflection on the Salesian teacher in the family in light of the proposal of the Rector Major for the 2017 Strenna "Every home, a school of Life and Love".
