Legnano, Italy - April 2016 – On Saturday 2 April in the church of St Rita in Legnano (Milan), the inauguration took place of a permanent exhibition dedicated to the Servant of God Father Carlo Crespi.  Fr Crespi was a Salesian missionary in Ecuador, a scientist and musician, and a native of Legnano. The initiative, promoted by the "Fr Carlo Crespi Association, included a moment of prayer inspired by the encyclical Laudato Sii of Pope Francis. It was attended by Msgr. Gian Paolo Citterio, Episcopal Vicar, Mayor Alberto Centinaio and other religious and civil authorities. Fr Pierluigi Cameroni SDB, Postulator General, said that Fr Crespi lived an intense spiritual life, practicing the works of mercy, especially with love for the young and the poor, and the exercise of the ministry of reconciliation, and witnessed a great love for nature, the work of God.

Hong Kong, China - April 2016 - The Provincial Chapter of the Salesians of China has taken place at the "Don Bosco Retreat House" in Cheung Chau (Hong Kong) from 28 March to 1 April. 

Campo Grande, Brazil - March 2016 - On 10 March Fr Gildasio Mendes, Superior of Campo Grande (BCG), concluded the 26th Provincial Chapter.

Krakow, Poland - March 2016 - On 29 March, with a Eucharistic celebration presided over by Fr Tadeusz Rozmus, Councillor for the Region of Central and Northern Europe, the Salesians of the Province of Krakow (PLS) celebrated the official opening of the Provincial Chapter, on the theme "Witnesses of evangelical radicalism". The Moderator of the Chapter is Fr Marcin Kaznowski, and the President is the Provincial, Fr Dariusz Bartocha. 

Rome, Italy - April 2016 - Today, 1 April, sees the end of the second session of the Provincial Chapter of Central Italy (ICC), presided over by Fr Leonardo Mancini, Superior ICC, and with Fr Gian Luigi Pussino as Moderator.
