Yaoundé, Cameroon - January 2018 - On January 28, the Salesian Family of Yaoundé celebrated the feast of Don Bosco, with the participation of young people attending Salesian oratories. The Mass was presided by the Vicar of the "Equatorial Tropical Africa" Vice Province (ATE), Fr Francisco Moro Mba. On the occasion, a teacher from the Salesian Institute of Mimboman, Bediehide Octave Christian, made his promise as a member of the Association of Salesian Cooperators.

Brunswick, Australia - January 2018 – On 30 January, Brunswick celebrated the feast of Don Bosco and the inauguration of the new Province of the Australia-Pacific Province (AUL), Fr William Matthews. At the Eucharistic celebration, presided over by Fr Václav Klement, Councilor for the East Asia-Oceania Region, many Salesians, members of the Salesian Family and faithful participated.

Barbacena, Brazil - January 2018 – On Don Bosco Day, Fr Bosco Vitali, Councilor for the America South Cone Region, welcomed the first profession of vows of 15 novices from Brazil: 6 from Campo Grande (BCG), 6 from Manaus (BMA) ) and 3 of Belo Horizonte (BBH).
