Darkhan, Mongolia - 25 March 2018 - Mgr. Wenceslao Padilla, Apostolic Prefect of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, presided at the celebration of Palm Sunday at the Salesian church dedicated to Mary Help of Christians, also concelebrated by his Vicar and Salesian priests, before circa 200 people. After the homily, 20 people were baptized, including children and adults, and 8 adults received the sacrament of Confirmation.

Vatican City, Vatican - 25 March 2018 - The Eucharist on Palm Sunday, celebrated in St. Peter's Square by Pope Francis, effectively concluded the Pre-Synodal Meeting of young people. In the presence of many bishops, priests and thousands of boys and girls, Pope Francis recalled how Palm Sunday also marked the XXXIII World Youth Day, celebrated worldwide at the diocesan level, and prayed that the Mother of God accompany this new generation towards the October Synod and the World Youth Day in Panama, next January 2019.
Rome, Italy - March 2018 - On the afternoon of March 24, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, Rector Major, accompanied by his secretary, Fr Horacio López, visited the "Blessed Artemide Zatti" center, a rest home for the elderly and sick Salesians in the Salesian District of Central Italy (ICC). Fr Francesco Pampinella, Director of the house, guided the Rector Major during his visit, during which he met all the Salesians present in the community and the assistance team.
Oświęcim, Poland - March 2018 – "Spilled Blood" is the theatrical representation of the Passion of Christ which was presented at the Oratory Theater "St. John Bosco" in Oświęcim, in the Cracow Province (PLS). The premiere was staged on March 17 in the presence of Msgr. Vitaliy Krivitskiy, SDB, bishop of the diocese of Kiev-Zhytomyr, Ukraine, who a few hours earlier administered the Confirmation to the young people of the Salesian parish "Mary Help of Christians" of Oświęcim. After the representation, mgr. Krivitskiy congratulated and thanked all those who committed themselves to this form of evangelization. He also visited the other Salesian houses of the PLS Province.
