Campinas, Brazil - April 2018 – The team of the "São João Bosco" Social Center in Campinas is commemorating the 10th anniversary of the foundation of the two children's education wards that together assist over 600 children. In 10 years of service approximately 2,600 children have been educated in the two structures. Many of the children who were educated at the center are now part of its social education teams.

Cayambe, Ecuador - March 2018 - In March, a group of young people from the Salesianos y Cifuentes Institute of the Salesian house in Cayambe, headed by Fr Fernando Guamán, went to a number of rural communities to support the neediest, offering them food and helping them in their daily work and tasks.

Kansebula, D.R. Congo - April 2018 - On 7 April, over 400 young people from various Salesian houses took part in the 10th anniversary celebrations of the Salesian Youth Movement in the Central African Province (AFC), an event presided over by Fr. Albert Kabuge, AFC Provincial.

San Benito Petén, Guatemala - March 2018 - During the Holy Week a group of ten young people collaborated in the Salesian parish of San Benito Petén and, together with Salesian aspirants and five other parish youths, also went on a mission to the villages of the parish territory.

Gabutu, Papua New Guinea - 7 April 2018 - With the theme of the Strenna 2018 of the Rector Major "Lord, give me this Water. We cultivate the art of Listening and Accompanying", the annual meeting of the Salesian Family of Papua New Guinea took place. Fr Alfred Maravilla, Superior of the PGS Vice Province, presided at the concluding Eucharist during which ten people made their promise as new members of the Association of Salesian Cooperators.
