Kandi, Benin - 17 July 2016 - On 17 July Msgr. Clet Feliho, bishop of Kandi, presided over the Perpetual Profession of the Salesian Larios-Aubin Odjouhounchi Idohou.

Rome, Italy - July 2016 - From July 18 to 21 a meeting took place between the SCS (Salesians for Social) Federation, Pinardi Federation, and the CNOS-FAP (National Centre for Salesian Works - Vocational Updating & Training). The Pinardi Federation had developed a project for the mobility of the Professional Training operators with the CNOS-FAP, while with the SCS Foundation, it discussed the best practices and methodology of intervention for children at risk. The participants visited the works of the Boys' Town of Rome, the Don Bosco in Naples, the national headquarters of the CNOS-FAP and the General House of the Salesians.

Darkhan, Mongolia - July 16, 2016-10. Ten Salesians and four Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, missionaries from 9 countries had their annual retreat, last July 10 to 16, at the "Mary Help of Christians" Church in Darkhan. Fr. Carlo Maria Savio Villegas, SDB, a pioneer of the Salesian mission in Mongolia, led the retreat.

Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic - July 2016 - The Ministry of Education and of Region 15, in the person of the Regional Director, Ana Francisca Suero, awarded the student Clavel Pérez Pineda, as the Category C winner of the 2016 National Reading Competition. An award was also given to Cristhiam Quélix, Director of the "Padre Bartolomé Vegh" Salesian Polytechnic and to Raysa Puello, the teacher and coordinator of the area, for their outstanding participation in the contest.
