Santiago, Chile – January 2025 – The Certificate course in Salesian Pedagogy was completed on 17 January at the Spirituality Centre in Lo Cañas, involving educators and leaders from Presences of the Salesians of Don Bosco and the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians in Chile. This formation opportunity, the result of the joint work of Salesian Youth Ministry and the Institute of Youth Ministry at the Silva Henríquez Catholic University (UCSH), offered participants an integral approach, delving into Salesian history, pedagogy and spirituality, with an emphasis on the Preventive System and its implications in the current educational context. The 2025 course was conducted by a teaching staff composed of Salesian religious, FMA and committed lay people, Salesian specialists, and 30 students at level 100 (initial), 24 at level 200 (intermediate) and 22 at level 300 (advanced) participated.
