Anisakan, Myanmar – November 2023 – On 11 November the Social Communication and Salesian Family Commissions in the Myanmar Vice-Province (MYM) organised a media awareness seminar in the different neighbourhoods, which was attended by about 100 people including religious and some married couples. During his address, MYM's Delegate for Social Communication, Fr Andrew Maung Maung, emphasised the importance of digital security and what the advantages and disadvantages of the Internet are. Some practical guidelines for a safe and responsible use of the Internet were also clearly presented. At the end of the meeting, participants gathered to share a meal and enjoy a convivial moment together.
