Santa Fe, Argentina - March 2017 - The First Provincial Meeting of the Oratory Leaders in Northern Argentina (ARN) was held on 11 and 12 March in the Mary Help of Christians College in Funes.  It was attended by 60 young people from different oratories accompanied by members of the team of animators. During the two days there were moments of dialogue, group work and the Eucharistic celebration.

San Salvador, El Salvador - March 2017 - The Don Bosco University (UDB) of El Salvador has held a high level training course for sustainable buildings called "LEED Lab UDB", thanks to the support of the US Agency for International Development (USAID). In the first phase the UDB will train 30 professionals of the Institute of Higher Education that are part of the Energy and Energy Efficiency Group that the University itself leads. Then the course will be open to professionals and entrepreneurs from all sectors. LEED Lab UDB is a pioneering experience in Central America and is the first professional training course with an integral technological and environmental vision, which proposes a change of approach to sustainability in the construction field in the country.

Hua Hin, Thailand – 11 March 2017 - A meeting of the Provincial Economers of the East Asia-Oceania Region took place at the Salesian Retreat Centre in Hua Hin. It was led by Fr Piotr Gozdalski from the Economer General’s office, with the assistance of financial expert, Dr. Janko Joachimssen, collaborator of the Economer General, Bro. Jean Paul Muller,  SDB.  The meeting was in four sessions.  It was attended by 11 Provincial Economers, the Economers of the Delegations of Cambodia, Mongolia and Indonesia, the Directors of Planning and Development Offices and one future Provincial Economer.

Campinas, Brazil - March 2017 - On 8 and 9 March the students of the Dom Bosco Training Centre took part in the Day of Class with the pastoral team of the Salesian School "São José" of Campinas. In the two days of activities the young people had the opportunity to get to know each other better, make new friends and participate in dynamic exercises that stimulate teamwork, respect for others and cooperation of all.

Jesolo, Italy - March 2017 - On 12 March, the Triveneto Salesian Youth Movement organized a Young Peoples’ Day on the theme "Master, where do you live? ". The event was attended by young people aged between 9 and 14 years. They had moments of animation, entertainment, presentation of the message of the feast, the Eucharist – presided over by Fr Stefano Martoglio, Councillor for the Mediterranean Region - beach games, awards various competitions and games.
