01. Vatican City, Vatican - September 2023 - The Rector Major of the Salesians of Don Bosco, Fr Ángel Fernández Artime was created a Cardinal on the morning of Saturday 30 September, during an Ordinary Public Consistory by Pope Francis. He assigned him to the service (the Deaconry) of St Mary Help of Christians in Via Tuscolana. The motto chosen by the Cardinal is “My Grace is Sufficient for you!”.('Sufficit tibi gratia mea').
02. Rome, Italy - October 2023 - On Sunday 1 October Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, Rector Major of the Salesians, presided over his first Mass as Cardinal in the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Rome.
03. Vatican City, Vatican - 30 September 2023 - Pope Francis assigns Salesian Cardinal Ángel Fernández Artime the Deaconry of Santa Maria Ausiliatrice in Via Tuscolana.

05. Turin, Italy - October 2023 - On Sunday 15 October Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, Rector Major of the Salesians, presided over his first Mass as Cardinal at the Basilica of Mary Help of Christians in Turin.
