A busy agenda saw the 12 members participating in the work of the Presidency, discussing issues for 3 hours; the participants: Valerio Martorana, Regional Councilor for Europe; Balthazar Maniratunga, Regional Councilor for Africa; Eduardo Pessoa, Regional Councilor for America; Ketan Hala, Regional Councilor for Asia; Peter Kovac, Secretary-General; Celso Noguera, Treasurer. Present for the Young Past Pupils (GEx): Alessandro Pensabene (Europe); Evangelista Niel (Asia), and Carlos Marquina (America).
Starting from the experience of participation in the World Spirituality Days of the Salesian Family 2022, the meeting discussed how to organize the new meetings at the regional level in the areas pertaining to the various Councilors, and the need to go beyond the strictly online meeting; proximity is necessary to revitalize associations.
Confederal President Bryan Magro then presented the strategic plan for 2021-2027 and the Councilors took time to make additions to the program exhibited. Also, it was decided to start consultations for the appointment of GEx and adult Vice-Presidents.
The next meeting of the Presidency has been set for next April 2nd.
