Born in Buen Retiro, Ichilo, Santa Cruz (Bolivia) on 15 April 1982, he speaks Spanish and Italian. He made his first profession in 2004 in Cochabamba and his perpetual profession in Rome on 29 October 2010.
Since 2013 he has held numerous positions in the Cochabamba community. From 2013 to 2016 he was Councilor in the former post-novitiate of Fatima. In December 2016 he was Director of the "Colegio Don Bosco" of Quintanilla; position held until February 2019, the date on which he began his new position as Director of the community of Montero - Muyurina, in Santa Cruz.
On 4 December 2020, again in the Province of Bolivia, he was appointed Provincial Councilor and, on 1 February 2021, Provincial Delegate for the Salesian Family.
