Guatemala, Peten - July 2016 -The first Bosco Camp in San Benito Peten took place on 23 and 24 July. It was attended by 95 young people from youth groups of the Salesian Parish and other parishes in central Peten.

Venezuela - Caracas - July 2016 – In the month of July, the Salesians in Venezuela celebrated the Episcopal Ordination of Msgr. Enrique José Parravano Marino, SDB, Auxiliary Bishop of Caracas; six Salesians renewed their Religious Profession, and seven Salesians were ordained deacons. Don Bosco’s dream continues to be a reality.

Guatemala City, Guatemala – August 1st, 2016 – On August 1st, there was the opening of the meeting of the Curatorium of the Regional Centre for the Salesian Brother (CRESCO) in Guatemala City. The participants are the two Regional Councillors of America, the Provincials of CAM, BMA, MEM, BOL, MES, PAR, URU, the Provincial Vicars of BCG and CIL and 11 brothers of CRESCO.
