Rome, Italy - June 2018 - On June 19, at the Salesian Pontifical University (UPS) in Rome, the Plenary General Assembly of the Conference of Rectors of the Roman Pontifical Universities (CRUPR) was held, bringing together the 23 ecclesiastical academic institutions present in Rome. The President is SPU Rector, prof. Mauro Mantovani, SDB. Among the topics dealt with: the application of fundamental criteria and of the regulations provided for by the Apostolic Constitution Veritatis gaudium; a common policy on data protection and privacy; the revision of the Statutes of the Conference; the modalities of participation of the CRUPR at the European University Association; the prospects for university pastoral care; shared training initiatives on governance and organizational culture.
