Quito, Ecuador - November 2017 – Counting 17 participants, the Seminar for the directors of the prenovitiates of the various provinces of Interamerica and America South Cone takes place from 8 to 18 November at the Salesian Center for Permanent Formation of America (CSFPA). Participants bring their experience and guide the reflection and study alongside Fr Salvador Delgadillo, in charge of the Dicastery of Formation of the America Provinces, Fr Salvador Cleo Murguía, of the Formation Dicastery, as well as Salesians of the CSFPA community and specialists on the theme of Salesian formation. Analyzing the current phase of formation, identifying the challenges of the prenovitiate in each province, studying the study programs and “being Salesian”, the accompanying processes leading to maturity and development, as well as the processes of accompaniment and insertion in Salesian pastoral actions are among the issues being discussed.
