Syria - March 8: Respect for Syrian Women
Damascus, Syria – 8 March 2017 - During the six years of war the Syrian women have proved that life without them is difficult. Being a woman in a context of war can mean being the mother of a martyr, sister of a disabled man, the wife of a soldier at the front, or the beloved girlfriend of an immigrant boy. The Syrian woman confronts war with a smile and manages the difficulties wisely.
