Malawi - Meeting of Local Administrators and their Collaborators in the Salesian Vice-Province of ZMB
Lilongwe, Malawi - March 2017 - On 8 and 9 March there was a meeting for administrators and collaborators of the Salesian Vice-Province of Zambia-Malawi-Zimbabwe-Namibia (ZMB). The meeting was organized by the ZMB Economer, Brother Walter Thyrniang, SDB. It focused on information-sharing and training of administrators, to cultivate professionalism in the sector. In his opening talk, the Provincial Fr Christopher Rychik, stressed the importance of the role of the Economer and of transparency. Fr Peter Gozdalski from the Office of the Economer General, gave a talk on accountability, solidarity and sustainability.
