Mexico – Young pilgrims accompanied by Mary Help of Christians
Guadalajara, Mexico - May 2024 - A pilgrimage is a journey with a starting point and a destination which begins with going out to let yourself be carried away by the dream that moves every step. This is the journey that the students of Salesian schools in Guadalajara made to the Church of Mary Help of Christians in the same city, on several sessions, from 20 to 24 May. The students of high schools at Anáhuac Chapalita went on pilgrimage on Monday, 20 May; those of the primary schools of Anáhuac Garibaldi, on Tuesday, 21 May; and the children, adolescents and young people who attend the various apostolates of the work went on pilgrimage on the 24th, to celebrate the Eucharist on the feast of Mary Help of Christians, with Fr Francisco Ruiz, SDB. "Who accompanied the journey? Who was waiting for us at the end of the road? Mary Help of Christians!", concluded Miguel Corral from the Social Communication Office of the Salesian Schools in Guadalajara.
