Ecuador – Priestly Ordination of Salesian Jean Carlos Cruzate
Cayambe, Ecuador – May 2024 – Salesian Jean Carlos Cruzate was ordained a priest by Archbishop Alfredo Espinoza, SDB, Archbishop of Quito and Primate of Ecuador on 25 May in the church of St John Bosco in Cayambe, after the celebration of the feast of Mary Help of Christians. Present at the ceremony were Fr Marcelo Farfán, Superior of the Salesian Province of Ecuador (ECU), Fr Juan Flores, Vice-Provincial, Salesians from different communities and young people from the Cayambe community groups, relatives and friends of the new priest.
