Chile - October 2021 - About 130 Salesian educators from Bolivia, Mexico, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Argentina, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Colombia, participated in the first meeting of the online webinar cycle “Educational experiences in the context of the Global Educational Project”, on the Zoom platform on 13 October. The event was attended by Sr. Magda Cruz, FMA, Pastoral Coordinator of the Salesian Community of Chinca (Bogotá), who deepened the Instrumentum Laboris (working draft) of the "Global Educational Pact" launched by Pope Francis in 2019. Subsequently, Fernando Vergara, Vice-rector of the Catholic University“ Silva Henríquez” (UCSH), presented a reflection on the "Identity and Student Development” on the humanization of education. The next meeting is scheduled for October 27 and will be broadcast on the “Salesianos Chile” Facebook page.
