Brazil - Salesian parish “Our Lady of Fatima” pays homage to Mary Help of Christians and health workers
Porto Velho, Brazil - May 2021 - Two healthcare workers involved in the front line in the fight against Covid-19 symbolically crowned a statue of Mary Help of Christians in the Salesian parish "Our Lady of Fatima". The parish priest, Fr Sérgio Lúcio, said for the occasion: "Calling two nurses who take care of Covid patients at the field hospital in the city was the way we found to pay homage not only to Mary Help of Christians, but even to our heroic health workers. Certainly Our Lady is acting together with all of them, for the health of her children.”
