Rome, Italy - October 2019 - On October 21, the community of the "Gerini" Theologate received the visit of the two auxiliary bishops of Manaus who are participating in the Synod for the Pan-Amazon region: Msgr. Edmilson Tadeu Canavarros dos Santos, SDB, and Mons. José Albuquerque de Araújo. The Mass was presided by Msgr. Tadeu, who shared the situation of young people in the Amazon and the work of the diocese and religious orders. The two bishops follow the proceedings of the Synod with much confidence and hope for the Amazon.
