São Paulo, Brazil - October 2019 - From 17 to 22 October, the American Meeting of Youth Ministry and Missionary Animation took place. It was led by Fr Fabio Attard, General Councilor for Youth Ministry, Fr Guillermo Basañes, General Councilor for the Missions, and Fr Natale Vitali, Councilor for the Interamerica Region. The event was attended by 48 Salesians, Delegates of youth, vocation and missionary animation of the various Provinces of America. The work focused on assessments and projects for the next 6 years, the study of the Delegate Manual for Mission Animation, the in-depth study of the Youth Synod, the "Instrumentum Laboris", and the final document and the apostolic exhortation "Christus Vivit". All projects, analyses and projections for missionary work in all the places where the Salesians are present were studied and discussed.
