Madrid, Spain - April 8, 2016 - The National Delegation for Social Communication met in Madrid on 8 April to coordinate the final details of the visit to Spain of Fr Ángel Fernández Artime, Rector Major, which will take place from 28 April to 13 May. The meeting was attended by Fr Javier Valiente and Fr Josep Lluís Burguera, Delegates for Communication, together with the technical teams of the provinces and with the assistance of Antonio Garrido, General Manager of Edebé and Enrique Pradas, Technical Director of Dosatic Comunicaciones. Among the issues discussed were the renewal of the portal donbosco.es, the reorganization of the Salesian Communication Agency in Spain and the management of the national profiles on social networks.
(ANS - New Delhi) - Two young people from "Shelter Don Bosco Boys", a centre for street children in Mumbai, accompanied by Akhil Abraham, SDB, took part in a consultation of children in South Asia organized by the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child. The consultation, which took place from 4 to 6 April in New Delhi, served to highlight the problems of street children.
(ANS - Nairobi) – Leah is ten years old. She belongs to a Masai family, is the second of six children and lives with her parents - both unemployed - and siblings in a tin shed. She is in second class, is obtaining excellent academic results and dreams of becoming a good doctor. Stanley is eight. He is originally from a rural area of Kenya and moved with his parents to Nairobi in search of fortune. He lives in the slum area of Kuvinda which houses people from different tribes. He is also in second class and when he grows up he wants to be a pilot. Leah and Stanley are just two of the many youngsters assisted and cared for by the Salesian Centre called "Bosco Boys" in Nairobi.

About fifty people heard the reflection by Professor Sayadi, Professor of Comparative Studies of Religions and Civilizations at the University of La Manouba in Tunis and member of the Muslim-Christian Research Group.
