I started working with the Salesians in 2014, and since then I have felt the need to know more; little by little I have succeeded thanks to the news being printed.
From that moment on, I began to wonder what I could give to the Bulletin in gratitude for all these years as a graphic designer: to prepare an image, a video, or to make a digital magazine ... in the end I chose an image that, in addition to being simpler, can reach more people.
For its development, I browsed the web for quite some time, searched for cover images across several years and different bulletin logos in the world to make a collage.
The gift I offer is the fruit of a very personal feeling that binds me to the Bulletin and the many books I have read in my formation as a lay collaborator of the Salesian mission; the Bulletin was like a synthesis of all this. And the more I knew and learned, the more ideas came to me; how my pastoral initiatives came about, the "Salesian Quiz" game, developed through WhatsApp, for example, and before that the video “140 years with the Salesians in Argentina", and others that continue to accompany me in my pastoral group.
If there is something my bag never fails to hold when I go to university it's a copy of the Bulletin, because when I see that things are not going well I find it there among my things, and it reminds me of my desire to be part of something beautiful and it gives me courage.
The only thing I ask through this image is that it can be divulged as a gift, of those one does when dedicating your life and your time to carry on this legacy that Don Bosco has given us...
And we continue to bring forth.
