The SDB Change Congress intends to give a powerful and regenerative impetus to all Salesians around the world, to all their collaborators, and to all those who work for the integral good of young people: the aim is to give definitive words and clear guidelines on some issues that mark and will increasingly mark the lives of young people in the coming years. The topics covered will be based on themes such as: the sustainable economy, Salesian Spirituality and Leadership, Artificial Intelligence, communication of the future, and corruption prevention.
The Congress will feature papers given by Salesians and lay people, prominent figures in these areas, and panel discussions for debates and discussions on different aspects.
"Today’s decisions will influence the whole world for a long time: the Salesian Congregation will follow this path and put all its contributions at the service of all. All those who are active in the Salesian world are called today to shape tomorrow! To be the advocate and defender of young people as 'Future People' in this world, to help them shape their future and to transmit Christian values as much as possible so that this planet will come to a great correction of its faults," said Br. Jean Paul Muller, SDB, Economer General of the Salesian Congregation and promoter of the Congress.
