The visit will begin in Panama on 25 August at the Don Bosco Technical Institute and then at the Minor Basilica of St John Bosco. On 28th he will leave for Costa Rica to meet the Salesians of Don Bosco of CEDES, the Dominic Savio Youth Centre and Don Bosco Salesian College in Zapote.
On Tuesday 30 August he will travel to Managua in Nicaragua, to visit the Don Bosco Youth Centre in that city and the Don Bosco College in Granada and Don Bosco in Masaya.
On 1-2 September he will be in Honduras, where he will visit the Technical Institute in San Miguel and Mary Help of Christians Parish in Comayagüela, a difficult area of the country with young people who are very poor and at risk.
From 3 to 6 September he will be in El Salvador, the country that had the first Salesian House in Central America. He will visit the Ricaldone Technical Institute, the Parish of Mary Help of Christians and the Don Bosco Citadel.
In these five countries there will be a meeting with the Salesian Family, with the SYM and with the Salesians of Don Bosco, as well as the opportunity to greet some benefactors and leading members of the political world and the Catholic Church. As usual, on the last day he will have a meeting with the Council, the Delegates and the Provincial of the Region.
