To achieve this goal, the Itineraries team can count on the invaluable collaboration of the adults of reference in Salesian environments, those people whose ability to relate to young people, to challenge learners, and to motivate them towards good and great goals is clearly recognized in the educating community.
To them the Itineraries team has entrusted this important mission, to invite ALL young people who pass (or have passed) through Salesian houses to participate in this great Church event scheduled to take place in a little over a year now.
The various Salesian houses of the "St. Anthony" Province of Portugal that were represented at the meeting each explained the journey they are making and what they have planned for the coming pastoral year to achieve this goal. In addition, activities such as "A Night at School," meetings with alumni from past academic years, volunteer initiatives, thematic pathways in preparation for WYD, and numerous other activities are taking place in all Salesian houses.
During the meeting, there was also an interesting sharing to learn about the different ways of convening and promoting WYD Lisbon 2023.
WYD DON BOSCO 23 is hard at work as WYD Lisbon 2023 already attracts all the youth of the world!
