Poland - Krakow Theologate inaugurates Academic Year
Krakow, Poland - October 2019 - The inauguration of the 2019-2020 Academic Year of the Krakow interprovincial Theological Studentate was held on October 1st. The opening Eucharist was presided by Fr Tadeusz Jarecki, Superior of the Warsaw Province (PLE). Later, in the classroom of the seminary, the choir of the "Canticum" clerics, under the direction of Andrzej Korzeniowski, performed the hymn "Gaude Mater Polonia". The new director of the Theologate, Fr Adam Paszek, presented a report on the past year's activity of the theological studentater, and Fr Marek Gilski gave a lecture on "Christianity and Greek culture". Various guests also spoke, including the superiors of all four Polish Salesian provinces.
