Italy - Basic knowledge course of Don Bosco and Valdocco open to all
Turin, Italy - September 2019 - The Basilica of Mary Help of Christians in Turin proposes a basic course of knowledge of Don Bosco and Valdocco open to all those who wish to deepen their bond with the founder of the Salesian Congregation and with the Salesian holy places. The participants will thus also be able to express forms of volunteering in welcoming pilgrims and in animating the great celebrations. The first meeting of the course was attended by about 120 people who, guided by Fr Enrico Lupano, retraced the life of St. John Bosco and the most significant stages of his vocational journey. In the next meetings, also thanks to other expert speakers, a number of dimensions of the Salesian charism that will be the subject of the exhibition in the Casa Don Bosco Museum being set up at Valdocco will be deepened.
