Rwanda - Salesians in support of Information and Communication Technologies education
Kigali, Rwanda - March 2019 - From 23 to 25 March, the Salesians of the Africa Great Lakes Vice-Province (AGL), in collaboration with the NGO "Profuturo", organized a training course for about twenty teachers from ten schools in Kigali, which collaborate in the government project to equip the primary schools with mini computers, as part of the development of skills in Information and Communication Technologies. The AGL Vice Province supports the government's program and since the Salesians are recognized as trusted partners in the field of education, this initiative is much appreciated and supported by the Ministry of Education.
