Asunción, Paraguay - January 2018 - On 13 January, Salesian Jorge Manfredo Cuevas Ramos was ordained priest by the laying on of hands and the consecratory prayer of Msgr. Gabriel Escobar, SDB, bishop of the Apostolic Vicariate of Chaco.
