Valencia, Spain - June 2016 – A number of activities of the European networks ENSA,ELISAN and the "European Youth Care Platform", formed by regional governments and non-profit organizations, took place 6-9 June; their aim: to increase the employment of resources in social policies in the states of the European Union. Fr Segundo García, director of the "San Antonio Abad" Community in Valencia, and head of the Ángel Tomás Foundation, shared the work done by the Salesians of Valencia, with the various centers for minors, flats for emancipation and work with youth at risk. Other participants included: José Miguel Bautista, from Salesian Social Platforms; Brian Hogan, Director of “Don Bosco Care” (Ireland); Ángel Gudiña of Don Bosco International.
