On Saturday, February 8, the Amorevo theater group from the Salesian community of Paseo de Extremadura in Madrid premiered the first of its two productions for the year: “The Prom: School Edition.” A week later, on February 15, the younger members of the same group presented “Descendants Jr.” Both performances were a resounding success, drawing large audiences.
On February 16, the Salesian theater group in Guadalajara staged the musical “Beauty and the Beast.” Among the spectators were numerous dignitaries, including the mayor and members of the city council, legislators, and senators from the Spanish government, as well as various Salesian authorities.
All aspects of production—set design, costumes, music, choral arrangements, props, lighting, sound, recordings, and graphic design—were crafted by members of the theater groups and their collaborators. This made the productions even more unique, showcasing the dedication, teamwork, and commitment of everyone involved.
