Vienna, Austria - January 2025 - Faith, community, mission: with this motto, the new video streaming studio ‘Raum3’ was solemnly opened on Thursday 30 January in a part of the Neuerdberg parish church in Vienna's third district. Fr Siegfried M. Kettner, Provincial of the Salesians of Don Bosco of Austria (AUS), blessed the room. A large space was converted into a studio with a control room, cameras, spotlights and audio technology so that in the future religious services can be celebrated and streamed. On Sunday, 16 February at 10:00 a.m., ORF III will air the first service of ‘Raum3’. The project is a collaboration between the pastoral office of the Archdiocese of Vienna, the parish of Neuerdberg and the Salesian AUS province.
