Ląd, Poland – August 2023 – The retreat of the Salesian Leaders School - rekoSAS - was held for the first time in Ląd, Poland, from 27 to 30 August and was a moment that young people had been waiting for all summer. In addition to the young people from the Salesian house, leaders from Debrzno, Debno, Bydgoszcz, Rumia, Berlin, Lubrza and Aleksandrów Kujawski participated in the Ląd retreat, for a total of 25 participants. The theme chosen for the retreat was: "Love", with the words of the First Letter of St. Paul to the Corinthians: "the greatest of these is love" (1 Cor 13:13) to remind us that love is the most important principle of the moral life. The retreat for the Salesian Leaders School, moreover, was a time full of prayer, fun, time to dedicate to others, reflection, growth in faith: simply a time filled with God.
