Kenya – After-Action Review Workshop
Nairobi, Kenya – August 2023 – Post-operational review is an important aspect of project management: it helps to identify and document best practices, gaps and lessons learnt during project implementation. That is why, from 24 to 25 August, Don Bosco Tech Africa, in cooperation with the Bob Wellington consultancy firm organised a review workshop for the Green TVET project at Roussel House in Karen, Nairobi. The event brought together green specialists from Angola, Kenya and Madagascar and 13 facilitators from Angola, Burundi, Kenya, Nigeria and Madagascar. The meeting was opened by Thomas Faber, Coordinator of the Don Bosco Tech Africa programme, who reminded participants that their feedback is crucial in planning the second phase of the project. During this interactive session, all participants joyfully shared project successes, implementation challenges and recommendations for areas of improvement to ensure the success of the next project phase in their respective countries.
