Brazil - Students of the Dom Bosco College in Parnamirim share the experience of the Paralympics

Parnamirim, Brazil - September 2016 - In conjunction with the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, the sports department of the Dom Bosco Salesian College in Parnamirim organized a special lesson in physical education, consisting of a Paralympic sports circuit. Disciplines such as basketball, volleyball and football were carried out by the students blindfolded, in a wheel chair or sitting on the floor. The initiative was intended to make students aware of the needs of disabled people and what practising sports means for Paralympic athletes.
