D.R. Congo - Perpetual profession of a Salesian Coadjutor and seven cleric candidates
Lubumbashi, D.R. Congo - July 2022 - Last July 9, at the "Cité Des Jeunes" in Lubumbashi, a Salesian Coadjutor and seven cleric candidates made their perpetual profession as Salesians of Don Bosco in the hands of Fr. Guillermo Basañes, Provincial of the Salesian Province of Central Africa (AFC). Fr. Aurélien Mukangwa, Provincial Delegate for AFC-EST, and Jean Claude Ngoy Wa Kayumba, former AFC Provincial, concelebrated the Eucharist. The Salesian Coadjutor who made perpetual profession is Br. Gaëtan Lwamba, belonging to the AFC Province, while the seven cleric candidates are Cléophas Kikeluka, Jérémie Mboma and Salvator Kabeya, from the Africa Congo Province (ACC), and David Lukusa, Charles Lubo, Adrien Shindano and Patrice Kanyema, from the AFC Province.
