Aleksandrów Kujawski, Poland - May 2022 - Three days of joy, prayer, competition, fun, meetings, and a community atmosphere: in a nutshell, the fruit of an entire year's work and a stimulus for the future. This was the XXVII Feast of St. Dominic Savio for Ministrants of the Salesian Province of Piła (PLN), which took place in Aleksandrów Kujawski, from April 29 to May 1, and saw the participation of 233 Ministrants accompanied by 38 Salesians and over 50 volunteers. The event was held under the patronage of the mayor of Aleksandrów Kujawski, Mr. Arkadiusz Gralak, and was prepared, under the guidance of Fr Krzysztof Tomeczkowski, SDB, by representatives of both Salesian communities in the city, those responsible for sports, logistics, housing, and media. The meeting began with Mass in the church of the Blessed Virgin Mary Help of Christians and the traditional March for Jesus to the "Kolegium Kujawskie" where a cheerful evening was enjoyed by all. On Saturday there were athletic competitions, formation meetings, a concert, and the awards ceremony. On Sunday, after Mass, a football tournament was held with great emotional involvement and a healthy competitive spirit, shared not only by the players but also by the coaches and fans. The organizers expressed great satisfaction with the success of the meeting: "Once again we managed to awaken and discover the potential that lies dormant in the ministrants. The large number of represented communities is very encouraging".
