Lahore, Pakistan - January 2022 - Don Bosco is also celebrated with enthusiasm and participation in Lahore. The feast day of the Saint of Youth was preceded by the novena and the "Don Bosco Olympics" event, a series of games and sports competitions with final awards. On 31 January the feast was marked by the solemn Eucharistic celebration presided over by the Apostolic Nuncio in Pakistan, Msgr. Christophe Zakhia El-Kassis, with the presence of the Archbishop of Lahore, Msgr. Sebastian Francis Shaw, and numerous other priests and nuns. At the end of the Mass, the students of the “Don Bosco” High School and the Technical Center offered the guests a musical program with dances and songs.
